What type of company is WebMusic2Go.com?

WebMusic2Go.com is an internet music news website, dedicated in the promotion of worldwide music, putting an emphasis on marketing independent artists. We also provide music merchandise through our web store and also provide information services and marketing for artist and songwriters.

Where are our offices located?

We have a corporate office located in New York, New York, whose address can be located on our "Contact Us" page. We also have an office located in Salisbury, North Carolina. The link to our "Contact Us" page is located within our footer links.

What address should we send mail?

The only mail we receive at our corporate address is legal matters; all other correspondence should be addressed to our Salisbury, North Carolina address.

Do you have a fax number?

Yes, however, only legal matters should be addressed to that fax number. Our fax number can also be found on the "Contact Us" page.

Do you have email addresses?

Yes, all of which can be located on our "Contact Us" page.

Do your services cost anything?

There is no cost to market your music websites onto our website. Adding your existing music profiles that you already maintain is free. Simply send us an email to: contact@webmusic2go.com we can then upload your music website profiles onto our website.
All news feeds and posted articles are free to read. Some of our information services areas can only be accessed by paid memberships. If there is a cost, you will be required to access the area by a user id and password.
We do have other services, such as advertisement space, song marketing and information services that are available for a cost or require a membership fee. If you are interested in paid services, you can contact our sales office by sending a email request to: contact@webmusic2go.com

How do I get a job with WebMusic2Go.com?

You first need to look at our "Employment" link found within our footer links, to see if we are hiring at this time. Any full time, part time or contract work we are seeking will be posted.

Do you offer any type of affiliate programs that I can participate in?

No, we are not offering affiliate opportunities at this time.

Who do I contact to propose a partnership or sponsorship request?

Those requests should be directed to the attention of our corporate company, Silver Star Enterprises, LLC. Those requests should be mailed to our New York, New York address. In a one page letter, explain your request, if there is any interest, we will respond back by sending you a letter through the U.S. mail.

How do I get a copy of the "Terms of Use Agreement"?

You can find this information by clicking on our "Legal" link, which can be found in the bottom footer area. You may print a copy, or we can email you a copy. We do not provide this through mail.

How do I get my band or an artist profiled on the main page?

You may send us an email at: contact@webmusic2go.com or you may mail us a promotional package of your band or artist to our Salisbury, North Carolina address. If there is interest in posting your band or artist profile, we will add it to the main page. We do not return promotional items that are sent to us, unless you send us; a postage paid return envelope. You must write the returned address on the envelope you provide, to where it is to be mailed.

Where do we send original songs for review?

You should address no more than two songs, to our Salisbury, North Carolina address, Place to the attention of: Song Submissions. Make sure you provide your contact information. Make sure you include lyric sheets for each song. Without lyric sheets, we cannot provide an antiquate evaluation of the submitted material. If we are interested, we will respond. We do not send back your materials that you submit, unless you provide us a self addressed, paid postage envelope.

What information must I provide to become a member?

Whether you become a free member, or a paid member, you must go to our membership page, found in our header links, fill out the membership form and agree to the terms of use and send.

Do you share personal information that I submit on your website?

No, we do not share any information that our members provide. We do not sell information that is submitted on our website. If you think that someone has gained your information, please send us an email at: legal@webmusic2go.com We are not liable if you post your own personal information.

If I want to gain a list of all your services, how do I get that information?

If you go to the membership link, at the top header links, you will find information on all our free and paid services that we provide.

What is your company phone number?

Our corporate phone number is located on our "Contact Us" page. We only accept legal calls or partnership and sponsorship requests at this number. All other requests should be directed to the appropriate email addresses, found on our "Contact Us" page.

How long has your business existed?

WebMusic2Go.com was started in January of 2008 and our corporate entity, Silver Star Enterprises,
was formed on August 16th, 2007.

What if I see an error or incorrect information on your website?

Our goal is to provide the most accurate and informative information that we can to our members. If you find an error within our website, please direct that information to: contact@webmusic2go.com We will take action to correct the error. You can also fill out our feedback form, found by clicking onto our "Feedback" link found in our footer links.

What if I have an idea for new material I want to see on the website?

Again, our goal is to provide members with informative information and provide a website where our members can find anything associated with the music industry. If you have an idea or comment of something you would like to see, feel free to drop us an email at: contact@webmusic2go.com we will try to accommodate as many request as we can. You can also fill out our feedback form, found by clicking onto our "Feedback" link found in our footer links.

What if another member is harassing me or posting inappropriate material on the website that is offensive?

If you go to our footer links, you will find that we provide a link, "Report Inappropriate Material". Click onto this link and provide us with the requested information and we will look into the matter.

How do I find your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy can be found at our "Privacy" link, which can be found in our footer links. We can email the privacy policy, if you would like us to.

What if I have a question that is not answered within this page?
